Dutch Oriental Dubai is a Dubai-based company that specializes in luxury yachting, expert catering, lavish hospitality, and eco-friendly vertical farming. With a global clientele, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences and services.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Assist clients during check-in operations and for general enquiries related to yacht rental (private/shared).
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the Dutch Oriental sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Proficient in English language (Russian speaking candidates will be given higher consideration).
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and generic software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
